At Jess Herbal, every product is thoughtfully handcrafted in small batches with care, intention, and the highest quality ingredients. Due to the nature of our herbal goods—including teas, tinctures, balms, salves, soaps, and creams—all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.

Why?

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot restock or resell products once they have left our hands. We are committed to ensuring that every item you receive is fresh, uncontaminated, and made just for you.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or if we made an error in fulfilling your order, please contact us at Jess@JessHerbal.com within 5 business days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s). We’ll do our best to make it right.
